When constructing a new plant or retrofitting an old plant, they basically used hydraulic vulcanizers. Replacing mechanical vulcanizers with hydraulic vulcanizers has become an undisputed trend.

Principle process: The working principle of the tire vulcanizing machine: the motor drives the gear pump and the high-pressure gear to rotate (the rotation direction of the pump should be the same as the arrow direction), press the start button. Oil filter → gear pump → safety valve → check valve → cylinder At this time, the hydraulic oil passes through the column oil filter → gear pump → remote pressure regulating valve → check valve → cylinder plug rises rapidly, the flow rate decreases, The pressure of the low-pressure safety valve and the remote pressure regulating valve overflow system. The black needle from the electric contact pressure gauge indicates that the red needle of the electric contact pressure gauge is adjusted to a holding pressure of 14.5Mpa, and the other green needle is adjusted to 13Mpa. When the black and red needles coincide on the watch, the pressure gauge sends a signal to stop the motor. Work is about maintaining stress. Note: The vulcanization time needs to be set in advance DSJ-909. When the heat preservation time is up, the automatic alarm buzzer will sound, and then pull back the control valve handle on the hydraulic station. The hot plate will drop quickly, that is, the mold will be opened. The work plan has been completed. Due to the decompression during the vulcanization of the mold, the black needle was retracted to coincide with the green needle (without maintaining pressure). At this time, the motor re-runs, making the black needle coincide with the red needle again, that is, applying automatic pressure and automatically compensating the pressure. Pressure does not affect curing time.
